About Lumos
Lumos means light, and at Lumos Artisanal House, every fragrance is made to do exactly that: to illuminate. To leave a glow on the skin, a trail through a room, and a memory that lingers long after you've left it.
We are an independent perfume house, handcrafted in Oman, devoted to scent made the slow way in small batches, by hand, from some of the rarest natural materials in the world.
Born in the land of frankincense
Oman has perfumed the world for thousands of years. It is the home of frankincense and an ancient crossroads of the oud and incense trade. A place where fragrance has never been a commodity, but a craft passed from hand to hand. That heritage lives in everything we make, down to the green Hojari frankincense drawn from the same hills that once scented temples and palaces across the old world.
How we work
Every Lumos creation begins with a question: how many natural materials can be made to sing together? Our compositions are intricate, some built from more than forty rare ingredients, layered note by note. Resins and incense lay the foundation, precious florals open the heart, and deep woods, ambered accords and rare deer musk give each scent its soul.
Each fragrance is composed as an Extrait de Parfum, our richest and most concentrated form, so it wears intimately, unfolds slowly on the skin, and stays with you through the day and into the night.
Rare by design
Nothing we make is mass-produced. Every bottle is hand-finished, and most belong to a strictly limited release. What you wear is meant to be rare, a fragrance made with patience, built to evolve with you, and intended to become unmistakably your own.
